How Does Licensing Work?

Each license grants the right to add a specified number of users to your SmartDesk system. Each user can log in to the application and establish remote desktop connections. Concurrent session limits are managed per user. When you reach your plan limit, you need to upgrade to add more users.

What are Client users?

Client users log in to the SmartDesk app with email and password, connect to remote devices, and manage the address book. Each user's concurrent connection limit is set by the administrator.

When to Choose Enterprise?

SmartDesk uses user-based licensing: you pay for the number of users you can add. Each user gets a configurable concurrent session limit. If you need more than 10 users, we direct you to Enterprise: contact us for a custom solution.
